As soon as a formulation sample is approved and all relevant elements of the packaging are in stock ready for use, we will begin to manufacture larger batches of your formula ready for filling. No matter what shape, size or material your ideal packaging is, Cerberus are well-placed to fill your order quickly and efficiently. We have automated filling, capping and labelling lines suited to a whole host of different options, no matter what your specification may be.

Our specialist equipment can fill, seal and batch numerous types of packaging, including tubes (airless & crimped), jars, bottles & pouches. We do not operate a minimum order quantity, however, different projects become cost-effective at a variety of different quantities. This is an area we can work with you on and depending on your market, can be anything from 100 units, up to tens or hundreds of thousands of units.

In addition to the above, we can also develop, print and pack your products into bespoke boxes, multipacks or gift boxes if your project demands it. This is a popular option across all of our lines and a particularly common solution for offering new bundles during Valentine's Day, Easter or Christmas.
